Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We currently deliver across India, including major cities and towns.
If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you and issue a refund (if payment was made in advance).

We partner with reliable courier and logistics services such as India Post, DTDC, Blue Dart, or other reputed service providers to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, natural calamities, or unforeseen events.

  1. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹[insert amount, e.g., ₹999].

For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee of ₹[insert amount, e.g., ₹60] will be charged at checkout.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier name via email or SMS.
You can use this ID to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

  1. Packaging

All products are securely packed to maintain freshness and prevent leakage or damage during transit.

Ghee is packed in sealed, food-grade containers.

Honey is packed in leak-proof, tamper-evident jars.

  1. Delivery Delays

We will not be held responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Courier issues or natural events beyond our control

Public holidays or government restrictions

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or reschedule delivery.

  1. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful attempts, the order may be returned to us.

Re-shipping may be arranged at an additional cost.

Refunds (if any) will exclude original shipping charges.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Return and Refund Policy – VEER ORGANIC FARM

Return Policy – We have a 1 day return policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the damaged condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of
purchase.

If approved, you’ll be automatically CREDITED on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
